Multi-platinum producer and songwriter will.i.am will release a new solo album, #willpower, in 2012 via Interscope Records. The set is lead by the first single "T.H.E (The Hardest Ever)," featuring Mick Jagger and Jennifer Lopez, which he premiered on Sunday's American Music Awards. A video for the song, directed by Rich Lee and shot in Los Angeles and London, will be released later this month.

work with The Black Eyed Peas, who have sold 31 million albums and 58
million singles worldwide, but also for his work with some of the
entertainment industry's biggest names, including Michael Jackson, Rihanna, Usher, Nicki Minaj, Britney Spears, David Guetta, and film composer Hans Zimmer.
