Flo Rida is denying the "underpayment" allegations made by his alleged former administrative assistant, Mahogany Miller.
Miller claims she made only $3.08 per hour. However, TMZ reports that Flo never even hired Miller telling them "This is ridiculous that I gave someone an opportunity out of the goodness of my heart and now sadly I am being falsely targeted."
Miller claimed that she confronted Flo over the low wages and was fired over it. However, according to Rida’s lawyer, she was an unpaid intern looking for a leg-up in the Music industry, as so many before have done.
Flo Rida told TMZ that Miller was actually fired because her "behavior was inappropriate for the workplace environment."
