After being Married in October of 2010 and splitting 14 months later, Katy Perry and Russell Brand's divorce is officially final. Brand filed for divorce in December of 2011 and Perry followed suit (literally) in February, stating the two have settled their issues.
Perry’s filing stated, "The parties have entered into a comprehensive written settlement of all issues, including, without limitation, with respect to the property to be confirmed or assigned to each party,” and was signed with a smiley face next to her name.
The 27-year-old also asked the court not to award spousal support to Brand.
Additionally, unlike Kobe’s ex-wife snagging half his fortune, we’re told Brand will not be asking for any money from the "The One That Got Away" pop diva.
