Justin Bieber revealed a new single on his birthday yesterday, when he turned 18. The pisces made the announcement on Ellen.
"My big announcement is that on March 26 my first single is coming out, and it's called 'Boyfriend,'" Bieber told Ellen.
Mike Posner co-wrote the single and as Bieber explains, "Basically I'm talking to this girl if I was your boyfriend I would never let you go."
Bieber received a new car on the Ellen DeGeneres show from his manager, Scooter Braun. The Fisker Karma, an Anaheim, Calif.-made luxury electric car that sells for between $95,000 and $108,000 was a present from Usher Raymond.
"I feel so much different," Bieber joked on Ryan Seacrests' KIIS-FM radio show. "I'm just kidding, man. It's been crazy, man. . . . Just the amount of people that have hit me up and giving me birthday wishes. It's been amazing."
Notable well wishers included Usher Rayond tweeting, "HAPPY BIRTHDAY JB!!! Enjoy your day . . . and drive slow homie!!" As well as Ludacris, who wrote "Happy 18th bday to my Lil homie . . ."
