Eva Simons is one angry woman and we know that hell hath no fury like a woman scorned. God save whoever has upset her to this point! Over the technoesque instrumental she roars, insisting that she no longer, “likes you now, forget you.” Of course she’s not talking to you, per se, but her powerful lyrics invoke that eerie feeling you get when your lover is p’ed off at you. Whew!
Nevertheless, we’ve all been there (at the point where we can nearly scream or just scrap our relationship) and this provocative number is certainly in line with our common emotions. !
Simons, the 27-year-old Dutch recording artist has won the Dutch version of the reality TV contest Popstars as part of the short lived girl band Raffish. Since then she has seen much success, especially recently with her hit, “Take Over Control.” !
