Belgian-Australian sensation, Gotye has announced his intention to do SNL! The multi-instrumental phenom will perform records off his latest platinum effort, 'Making Mirrors'. His SNL debut performance will take place on April 14th.
Gotye has been on tour with Kimbra, who is on his huge hit, "Somebody That I Used To Know". When talking about how it all came about, the singer said, "After struggling with what to do with it, it kind of struck me that I needed a different perspective. It should be the other side of the relationship," he said. "I wrote that part and then went about looking for the female vocalist I thought could really give it something edgy."
"Somebody That I Used To Know" currently sits at No. 5 on the Billboard Hot 100 while "Making Mirrors" is currently sitting at number 16 on the Billboard 200.
