Hot Chelle Rae - Honestly

This one by Hot Chelle Rae depicts the bitter break-up on one end, and the smooth sailing on the other. The Nashville pop band consists of Ryan Follesé (lead vocals, rhythm guitar), Nash Overstreet (lead guitar, backing vocals), Ian Keagy (bass guitar, backing vocals), and Jamie Follese (drums). Ryan finds himself questioning why his girlfriend is throwing his clothes out the window, hen keying his car, which comically is not his car in the first place.

The band just doesn't care and would rather party, as the lyrics suggest. The two break-up in the song and to get even Ryan posts some pictures on the internet of him having fun with a group of girls, showing that he's happy to be free and on-the-market. He has, "no problem saying goodbye," and simply wants to have, "the time of his life."

The situation gets to the point that his ex-girlfriend employs the services of an online dating service and gets a date in an effort to evoke some jealous emotions. Needless to say, the plan backfires.

Speaking about the video Ryan gushes, "It was madness, there's icing all over my blazer...." adding, "It was an amazing day -- one of the best videos, if not the best video we've ever done."

"Honestly" is the third single from the band's second studio album 'Whatever'. The video was directed by Marcus Raboy and filmed in Los Angeles. "Pretty Little Liars" star Ashley Benson plays Ryan's on-screen girlfriend.
