After meeting in early 2010 at the Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue release party, Vyalitsyna, 26, and Levine, 33, have called it quits.
Last year, Vyalitsyna told E! , "He is an amazing guy. He's just a normal dude. He's like the most non-rock star rock star ever. And he is very caring and very loving and very goofy and funny," it seems she still may feel the same way, as this apparently was not an awful tumultuous break-up but rather "amicable".
"Adam and I have decided to separate in an amicable and supportive manner," Vyalitsyna said in a statement to People. "We still love and respect each other as friends. I wish him all the best."
Meanwhile, Levine prepares for Maroon 5's latest studio effort "Overexposed". The group plans their U.S. release to be in the vicinity of late June. In support of the album, Kara's Flowers will perform at KIIS FM's annual Wango Tango live concert on May 12th!
We hope this truly was amicable and that this doesn't affect Levine's music!
