Norah Jones is back with the brand new music video for her news single "Happy Pills," which will
appear on her forthcoming album '...Little Broken Hearts.' The doo-wop bass
driven track was produced by Danger Mouse; he also produced the rest of
the album.
Below are some lyrical highlights from "Happy Pills," which uses the visuals to paint the perfect story line.
Trying to pick up the pace, trying to make it so I never see your face again.
Time to throw this away. Want to make sure that you never waste my time again."
How does it feel, oh how does it feel to be you right now, dear?
You broke this apart, so pick up your piece and go away from me.
Please just let me go now, please just let me go. Would you please just let me go now? Please just let me go.
According to her website, Jones, 32, will be touring this summer at a mixture of festivals, amphitheatres and theatres in the US and abroad. The nine-time Grammy-winning singer will be appearing at the iconic outdoor amphitheatre in Los Angeles on August 10 and at Kodak Hall at Eastman Theater in Rochester, New York, on June 29.
'Little Broken Hearts' will arrive May 1 via Blue Note Records.
