Indie pop band fun. took stage on Letterman the other night to perform their hit single, "We Are Young." The band gave an impressive performance of the Janelle Monae-featured track, which has reached No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.
The band was there to promote their album, 'Some Nights' which was released back in February. Led by frontman Nathan Ruess and his distinct breathy vocals, the band made sure to enjoy their time on stage as they rocked out. The only thing missing, and was quite obvious compared to the record, was Janelle Monae's presence and her voice. Nevertheless, it was a solid performance for a live band.
