The wait is over for fans who have been sweating, waiting, and anticipating the arrival of Jessica Simpsons' bundle of joy. The baby girl weighed in at 9 pounds 13 ounces and measures approximately 21.75 inches!
Though not necessarily a traditional name for a girl, Jessica and fiance Eric Johnson, decided to go with Maxwell Drew Johnson.
The name Drew was derived from Jessica's mother's maiden name.
Simpson expressed her joy on her website saying, "Eric and I are elated to announce the birth of our baby girl Maxwell Drew Johnson."
"We are so grateful for all of the love, support and prayers we have received. This has been the greatest experience of our lives."
