With the single "Payphone" already dominating the charts, Maroon 5 wasted no time in shooting the official video for their Wiz Khalifa collaboration. “Payphone” is the lead single off of Maroon 5’s upcoming album ‘Overexposed,’ due out on June 26th.
The band's frontman Adam Levine takes E! News behind the scenes of the video, with the storyline revolving around a bank robbery. Levine plays the character of a bank teller, as he explains, "I work at a bank. I have no self-confidence. It's gonna be a very difficult role for me to play because I'm a cocky motherf--ker." Amongst the chaotic visuals, we also see plenty of action, including gun shots, explosions, and even car chases.
