American Idol alum Kelly Clarkson performed at the 2012 Billboard Music Awards Sunday May 20th premiering the new single “Dark Side” from her current album Stronger. Introduced by fellow Duets member Robin Thicke (premiers on May 24th at 8pm on ABC), the versatile singer belted her new tune, asking in the lyrics, “Will you love me / even with my dark side?” Backed by a band, background singers, and a stage set with glamour, Clarkson stood perched atop one of many red-lit platforms in a red gown surrounded by chandeliers.
Clarkson is slated to perform at the Dancing with the Stars season finale airing today (May 21) and Tuesday May 22.
