Rising pop singer Carly Rae Jepsen is now a "chart-topping" recording artist.
Her smash hit "Call Me Maybe" shot straight to the top of the Billboard Hot 100 Wednesday.
"Call Me Maybe" reached new listeners last week, earning a fourth week at no.1 on the Hot Digital Songs chart with 296,000 copies of the song downloaded.
According to Billboard, recent sales push the song past the three million mark. A total of 3.3 million copies of the song have been downloaded, to be exact.
While this is a major feat for Jepsen, music is not new for her. She was a finalist on Canadian Idol and has songs charting on the Canadian Hot 100 as well.
"Call Me Maybe" is featured on Jepsen's EP album, "Curiosity."
