Katy Perry spoke out about her divorce and struggle to achieve her dreams on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno this week.
Looking back at her life, choices and the divorce (Russell Brand), Perry said "You don't have to lay down and die even if you feel like you're going to."
Hoping to inspire others with some of her best and worst moments, presenting a true representation or reality, Katy Perry says "people will relate to the movie (Part of Me)."
"I think that people will relate to the movie even more seeing me at my lowest point and now at my highest point," she tells Jay Leno in video below.
Part of Me, a documentary, is due in theaters July 5.
