Moving an impressive 1.1 million copies to date, "Somebody That I Used To Know" spent five weeks atop the singles chart earlier this year.
In related news, Carly Rae Jepsen's hit single "Call Me Maybe" is the second best selling single of the year so far.
Thus far, "Call Me Maybe" has sold nearly 850,000 copies.
David Guetta's "Titanium" rounds out the top three best selling singles of the year with sales over 791,000 copies.
