X Factor judge and mentor Demi Lovato will take on hosting duties at this year's Teen Choice Awards.
Confirmed as host Monday, Demi Lovato joins previously announced talent including Cat Deeley, Ellen DeGeneres, Victoria Justice, Selena Gomez, Miley Cyrus and Taylor Swift.
As previously reported, the live special will also feature performances by Justin Bieber, Carly Rae Jepsen, Flo Rida, No Doubt and DJ Pauly D, who will serve as "Choice" DJ for the night.
Earlier this year, Lovato accepted the People's Choice Award for Favorite Pop Artist, an award chosen solely by the fans. She is currently on her U.S. summer tour and will serve as one of the judges on THE X FACTOR, premiering Wednesday, Sept. 12 (8:00-10:00 PM ET/PT) and Thursday, Sept. 13 (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX.
TEEN CHOICE 2012 airs LIVE Sunday, July 22 (8:00-10:00 PM ET live/PT tape-delayed) on FOX.
