Justin Bieber Lawsuit Mom Wants $9 Million Over Concert

Justin Bieber has allegedly impaired a woman's hearing so bad, she has filed a $9.2 million lawsuit.

Stacey Wilson Betts filed the suit in Oregon Tuesday, claiming she suffers from severe hearing damage due to the concert she attended with her daughter two years ago.

According to court documents released by TMZ, Betts and her daughter attended a show in July 2010 at Rose Quarter in Portland. There, Betts claims Bieber created a "wave like effect of screaming by pointing into various sections of the arena" while inside a heart-shaped gondola that pushed him into the crowd of fans.

"Mr. Bieber created a wave like effect of screaming by pointing into various sections of the arena. Then enticed the crowd into a frenzy of screams by continuously waving his arms in a quick and upward motion, whereas I was struck with a sound blast," Betts claims.

Betts now suffers from tinnitus and hyperacusis in both ears.

The suit also names Island Def Jam, AEG Worldwide and the venue owner as "negligent" parties.

"My quality of life has been permanently reduced in addition to the injury," says Betts.
