Demi Lovato revealed a bit too much at the 2012 Teen Choice Awards in Universal City, CA Sunday.
Just prior to hosting the show, Lovato walked the red carpet in a revealing yet fab outfit with unique shaping and embellishments. Unfortunately, the "X Factor USA" mentor and judge failed to realize her breasts were not covered entirely, revealing part of her areola (see pictures below).
Despite that little mishap, Demi rocked the Teen Choice Awards as host. She even picked up two awards including Choice Summer Female Music Star.
The Teen Choice Awards were broadcast from the Gibson Amphitheatre Sunday, July 22 and aired on Fox!
