UK singer Tulisa follows-up her smash single "Young," with the new effort "Live It Up." Produced by producer/songwriter Rico Love (Usher, Beyonce, Chris Brown) and featuring Young Money rapper Tyga, the cut is pegged as a summer anthem.
"Live It Up" blends several sounds including Urban and Dance-hall with a catchy chorus and slick vocals that talks about the good times with friends and enjoying life to the fullest. Tulisa adds, "If you don’t that’s your loss."
"Basically, with this single there is no aim at all to get a number one or storm the charts," says Tulisa. "This is now me going back to me and trying to define myself as an artist because I knew I wanted a number one hit as my first release."
She continued: "I got that with 'Young', so I went even more urban with this second single."
The track will appear on Tulisa’s highly anticipated debut album, due for release later in 2012. Other producers and songwriters on the set include The-Dream, Diane Warren and Toby Gad. Rapper 50 Cent recently also spoke out about wanting to collaborate with Tulisa.
