Hilary Duff is putting her talents to good use with a just confirmed development deal.
According recent reports, the former Disney Channel star has entered an agreement with 20th Century FOX to develop a half-hour comedy or drama series.
Under this deal Duff will act as a producer and star, focused on creating a project that will fit her comedic edge.
Duff is best known for the Disney Channel series "Lizzie McGuire." Her credits also include "Gossip Girl," "A Cinderella Story" and "Community." Duff has also released four studio albums since 2002.
