Justin Timberlake is getting ready for all the changes that comes with marriage. The singer/actor has put up his New York bachelor pad, located in the Soho Mews building at 311 West Broadway, for sale.
Timberlake purchased the property in 2010 for $6.56 million and now he's looking to walk away with some profit after placing it on the market for $7.65 million. The penthouse apartment has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms, and a private outside terrace, which views the Manhattan skyline.
Timberlake and fiance Jessica Biel got engaged earlier this year after an on and off four year relationship. Rumor has it that the couple secretly tied the knot, but this has not been confirmed as yet.
