Christina Aguilera is "excited and happy" for the third season of NBC's "The Voice."
Anticipating the new season, Aguilera sums up her thoughts in a candid promotional video released Thursday.
"As a coach you just have to be in the moment. You have to really make sure you are focused, ready and on top of that button as soon as you hear something that moves you," says Xtina.
While she loves the show and finding those amazing voices, Aguilera admits it can be hard to let someone go.
"It kind of makes me excited and happy, but sad too when you have to let someone go," says Aguilera. "You can't over think it when you're in that chair. You just have to go by your gut emotion and raw feeling."
"The Voice" premieres Monday, September 10 on NBC.
