Bruno Mars is covering the latest issue of Billboard magazine and his cover story is all about his anticipated album.
Titled "Unorthodox Jukebox," the album is led by the single "Locked Out of Heaven" and it is a deliberately diverse effort.
"I listen to a lot of music and I want to have the freedom and luxury to walk into a studio and say, 'Today I want to do a hip-hop, R&B, soul or rock record," Mars tells Billboard in an excerpt from his interview.
In related news, Taylor Swift could land the top spot on the Billboard Hot 100 next week. According to Billboard, Swift's new single "Begin Again' is projected to debut with close to (if not more than) 300,000 copies sold.
Following "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together," "Begin Again" is featured on Swift's forthcoming album "RED."
