Justin Bieber Vomits On Stage Mid Concert

Justin Bieber must have had something bad to eat because he threw up on stage at a concert Saturday.

After performing a choreographed routine in Arizona, Bieber was seen hunching over before throwing up not once, but twice.

It's unclear if he's okay now, but the Biebs ran off stage after the incident.
