Back in June, singer/songwriter/ex-boyfriend of Taylor Swift John Mayer spoke out in an interview to Rolling Stone about his ill-feelings towards Taylor’s song “Dear John,” who he presumed to be about him and the details of their relationship. "I'm pretty good at taking accountability now, and I never did anything to deserve that. It was a really lousy thing for [Swift] to do,” he said.

Well, Swift is now saying that basically - Mayer shouldn’t flatter himself. The 22-year-old country star told Cynthia McFadden of Glamour Magazine in the November 2012 issue, “How presumptuous! I never disclose who my songs are about.”

In true Taylor Swift fashion, the singer isn’t dishing on the details of her new relationship with boyfriend Conor Kennedy, either. "I don't talk about my personal life in great detail. I write about it in my songs, and I feel like you can share enough about your life in your music to let people know what you're going through," she tells Glamour.

Surely the details will pop up in a chart-topping song sooner or later.
