Demi Lovato says she can easily look down Simon Cowell's shirt on "X Factor" because it's always so "open." Joking about Cowell on "Jimmy Kimmel Live," Demi says they get along really well but he "shows more cleavage than I do."
"When we're not on the panel, we do get along really well. He says it best. The sign of being able to tease each other or being mean to each other is just a sign of comfortability," said Lovato.
