"Your Body" diva Christina Aguilera is carrying the torch and empowering women of all shapes and sizes.
Discussing how important it is to feel comfortable in your own skin, even with a few bumps and hurdles, Aguilera says "I've been on all sides of the scale."
"I've been on all sides of the scale as far as people having opinions and perspectives. It comes with the territory. You just know going into it that people are going to judge," Aguilera told ET recently. "I love being a woman and I love playing up all those things."
As for bumps and hurdles she has experienced in recent years, the "Lotus" flower says "I'm very honest about talking openly about things that have happened to me. It's all in how you overcome and survive in this crazy business."
As previously reported, Aguilera's anticipated album, "Lotus," is due in stores next month (November).
