Katy Perry may be happy with new boyfriend, alleged playboy John Mayer, but someone close to the music superstar seems to think differently. After dating Travie McCoy, Russell Brand and now the 35-year old Mayer, Perry's brother David claims she has yet to meet a "true gentleman."
"She deserves a true gentleman, and I don’t think she’s found that,” David told Life & Style magazine.
He adds: “Katy needs a man who’s changing the world like she is — although not necessarily in the business. Just someone that’s really got something impressive — she can’t be unmatched in that sense."
Doesn't matter what David thinks though, Katy will still do her own thing: “She shrugs it off because she’s her own person. She’s very independent," he says.
