Selena Gomez looks extraordinary as she graces the December 2012 cover of Glamour Magazine. The 20-year-old scored the cover spot because of her work with UNICEF's 2012 Tap Project amongst other things.

Gomez told the mag that her success comes form being humble, insisting "I don't have time for cattiness."
